Website Terms

These terms govern use of the RetoraBot website, public forms, and public product information. A paid Website Studio or RetoraBot Operations engagement requires separately approved commercial terms, such as an order, statement of work, scope, or service agreement. If a signed document conflicts with these website terms, the signed document controls for that engagement.

1. RetoraBot ecosystem

RetoraBot is the company and platform ecosystem. RetoraBot Website Studio is the website product and Alma is its AI Website Specialist. RetoraBot Operations is the operations product and Aurora is its AI specialist. Alma and Aurora are not standalone products. The Glue is internal permissions, workflow-state, approval, and audit infrastructure and is not sold separately.

2. Website Studio scope and client responsibilities

Website Studio projects are custom services. Package fit, pages, features, integrations, revision limits, timeline, payment milestones, third-party costs, launch responsibilities, asset rights, and ownership or handoff terms must be confirmed in the approved project scope before they are treated as commitments. The client remains responsible for the accuracy and legality of client-supplied claims, instructions, trademarks, media, and other materials and for providing any rights or permissions the scope requires.

3. Operations human control

RetoraBot Operations may organize authorized information and prepare work for review. The client and its authorized personnel remain responsible for pricing, estimating, dispatch, safety, insurance coverage decisions, staffing, job acceptance, customer communications, and final operational decisions. Aurora does not independently dispatch a crew, decide coverage, or approve an estimate.

4. No guarantee of results

RetoraBot does not guarantee search rankings, leads, revenue, conversion rates, sales, jobs, savings, call volume, response times, insurance coverage, or any particular business outcome. Demonstration websites are demonstrations unless a documented paid-client result is stated. Workflow panels and sample records may use fictional information for illustration.

5. Third-party tools and providers

A project may depend on hosting companies, registrars, analytics, payment services, plugins, APIs, CRMs, booking systems, or other third-party products. Any connection or capability depends on the approved scope, available interfaces, permissions, licenses, provider availability, and acceptance testing. Naming a provider or tool does not by itself claim a live integration or include its fees.

6. Website submissions and credentials

Sending a concept request, qualification request, or email does not create a client relationship or require either party to proceed. Do not submit passwords, API keys, full payment-card data, medical records, claim files, customer files, or other sensitive records through an ordinary public form or email unless RetoraBot provides an approved secure handoff method for the scoped project.

7. Private payment paths

Custom work is not activated by a blind public purchase. A private payment path may be issued after package or product fit and scope are reviewed. The applicable approved scope controls the amount, payment milestones, cancellation terms, and what payment authorizes. Payment alone does not authorize unscoped integrations, credentials, customer-data access, external communications, or a production launch.

8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the public website is provided “as is” and without implied warranties. RetoraBot will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, to the extent such a limitation is permitted. Any service-specific liability allocation belongs in the signed commercial agreement and is subject to applicable law.

9. Changes and contact

RetoraBot may update these website terms prospectively by posting a revised date. Questions may be sent to info@retorabot.com.

These website terms are an operating draft and are not represented as attorney-approved. Service launch still requires the commercial scope and any legal review RetoraBot determines is appropriate for the engagement.
