Public requests
Website Studio concept requests may be sent by email, and RetoraBot Operations may use a website qualification form. RetoraBot uses the contact, company, project, workflow, readiness, and consent information you choose to provide to evaluate fit, prepare a response, prevent abuse, document the request, and protect the business. Do not enter passwords, API keys, full payment-card data, medical records, claim files, customer files, recordings, or other sensitive production records into an ordinary public form or email.
Storage and retention
Structured qualification requests submitted through RetoraBot's existing public qualification form are stored in a restricted cloud database and are scheduled for review or deletion after 180 days unless RetoraBot needs them for an active sales discussion, contract, legal obligation, fraud prevention, or dispute. The public website cannot list or read submitted requests. A one-way network fingerprint may be retained with a request to enforce abuse limits; the raw address is not stored in that qualification table.
Technical information
Hosting and network providers that deliver the site may process ordinary request information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, requested pages, and security or diagnostic logs. This site does not intentionally sell public-request data.
Direct contact
If you email RetoraBot, RetoraBot and its email provider receive the address, message, attachments, and related routing information you choose to send. That information is used to respond, evaluate project or product fit, protect the business, and comply with law.
Payments
Approved customers may receive a private payment path after scope review. When Stripe is used, Stripe hosts or processes the payment experience under its own privacy terms. RetoraBot may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, customer contact details, subscription status, and related billing records, but the RetoraBot website does not need to receive or store a full card number.
Service providers
RetoraBot uses contracted hosting, database, email, workflow-delivery, payment, and security providers as needed to operate the site and respond to approved requests. A submitted request may be delivered to an approved internal workflow through a signed, authenticated webhook. RetoraBot does not authorize an unreviewed connector to receive the data.
Customer project and service data
Production Website Studio project data and RetoraBot Operations customer data are outside the ordinary public-request flow. Before access to sensitive project or production information is granted, the applicable scope or agreement must identify the authorized information and tools, permissions, retention, exports, subprocessors, security responsibilities, and deletion or handoff procedures appropriate to that engagement.
