Refund and Cancellation Policy
Approved scope controls
RetoraBot Website Studio and RetoraBot Operations are custom, scoped services. The approved order, statement of work, project scope, or service agreement states the customer-specific work, payment milestones, cancellation terms, third-party costs, and any approved exception. Those signed terms control if they differ from this public policy.
Custom project and implementation fees
A customer may request cancellation before custom work begins, subject to the approved scope. Once RetoraBot begins strategy, design, copy, media production, migration, configuration, documentation, vendor coordination, workflow design, integration work, or testing, refund eligibility depends on the agreed project terms and work already performed. RetoraBot does not promise a refund rule on this page that overrides a project-specific signed scope.
Launch 5 payment milestones
Launch 5 has a $1,500 base service price plus applicable sales tax where required/configured. The published milestone structure is a $750 base kickoff amount plus applicable sales tax after scope acceptance to begin, and a $750 base final amount plus applicable sales tax after final approval before production launch or handoff. Tax is additional to the base milestone amounts and is determined from the applicable service or billing location where RetoraBot is required/configured to collect it. The approved project scope must state any cancellation or refund treatment for those payments before the kickoff payment is collected.
Recurring care and managed services
Cancellation stops future renewal according to the notice and effective-date rules in the applicable signed scope. A completed or partially used billing period is not represented here as automatically refundable. RetoraBot confirms the service-end date and coordinates any required handoff or controlled shutdown under the approved terms. Any quoted Website Studio care-plan amount is a base service price plus applicable tax where required/configured.
Third-party charges
Customer-owned domain, hosting, plugin, media-license, telephony, API, messaging, software, advertising, and other provider charges are governed by those providers and are not automatically refundable by RetoraBot.
Duplicate or incorrect charge
Email info@retorabot.com with the payment receipt or transaction reference. RetoraBot will investigate duplicate or incorrect charges and document the result. Do not send card numbers, banking passwords, or other financial credentials by email.
