The free review is the $0 entry offer into RetoraBot Operations. Tell RetoraBot who you are, your approximate water-mitigation volume, and the tools your shop already uses. Do not send job evidence or credentials on the public form.

After fit and capacity are accepted, RetoraBot issues a private, job-specific upload path. You submit only files you are authorized to share.

Aurora's AI-assisted draft step is not yet production-verified. RetoraBot will call it available only after the live provider and full production acceptance are verified. The proof-job workflow still uses source-tagged evidence, the completeness checklist, exception rules, and human review without inventing facts or approving the work.

RetoraBot prepares the packet and review handoff. Your estimator reviews, edits, and approves the final work. RetoraBot and Aurora do not make coverage, dispatch, carrier, or homeowner decisions.

The destination is one RetoraBot workspace that gives the shop visibility across the job while specialized tools can keep doing the jobs they already do well. Status labels below are product truth, not marketing decoration.
Fit request, secure job-specific upload, source inventory, and job identity.
Scheduling, crew assignments, tasks, and expectations.
QuickBooks Time / TSheets, equipment, daily logs, and field activity.
Photos, moisture readings, notes, sketches, scope, and exception flags.
Estimator-ready packet and human handoff; no estimate approval by RetoraBot.

Tool stack
Today the common interface is the authorized file or export, not a pretend universal API. If your shop can lawfully export, download, or save the evidence, RetoraBot can use supported material in the Water-Mit workflow.
As live connectors are built, each one must be authorized, tested, and accepted before the website calls it connected. Closed systems and unsupported formats can still create limits.
Human authority
RetoraBot does not approve an estimate, decide insurance coverage, dispatch a crew, contact a carrier, contact a homeowner, or move money unless that exact authority is explicitly designed, authorized, and human-controlled. Water-Mit V0.1 keeps those decisions outside RetoraBot.
